Welcome to RQL Consultancy. These Terms govern your access and use of our website, services, and digital products. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Scope: All consulting engagements are defined through written proposals outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide complete and accurate business information, including necessary access to analytics, ad accounts, or systems, for us to deliver optimal results.

3. Intellectual Property: All reports, strategies, and creative materials remain property of RQL Consultancy unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data shared during the engagement.

5. Payment Terms: Payments must be completed before commencement of services unless stated otherwise in agreement. Late payments may delay project execution.

6. Liability: RQL Consultancy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

• Personal information (such as name, email, company name) is collected for communication and service delivery only.
• Your information is never sold, traded, or rented to third parties.
• We use cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and site performance.
• Data is securely stored using modern encryption and access control practices.
• Clients may request deletion of their personal data anytime via email.

Refund Policy

Due to the consultative and intellectual nature of our services, refunds are subject to specific conditions:

• Refunds can only be processed for payments made in error or before service initiation.
• Once a consultation or digital deliverable is provided, payments become non-refundable.
• If a project is delayed or canceled by RQL Consultancy, clients will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on work completed.
• Retainer and subscription services may be canceled with 15-day notice before the next billing cycle.

Shipping Policy

Most of our services are digital; however, if we ship physical items such as reports, kits, or merchandise, the following terms apply:

• All shipments are processed within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the location and logistics partners.
• No refunds or cancellations are accepted once an order for a physical product is placed.
• In case of damage or loss during transit, clients must report within 48 hours for resolution.
